At Trained To Go Transport, all sales and bookings are final. Once a service has been scheduled, confirmed, or completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We take pride in providing reliable, professional container delivery and relocation services. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we allocate specific resources, time, and equipment to each booking.

If you need to reschedule your service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery or relocation. We will gladly adjust your appointment when possible, subject to availability.
