Welcome to Trained To Go Transport. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling or purchasing any service.

1. Services Provided

Trained To Go Transport provides professional transportation, delivery, and relocation of 20-foot and 40-foot shipping containers to residential, commercial, and construction locations across South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida.

All bookings are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services if conditions are unsafe or impractical for our equipment.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed through our official website, phone, or email.
Full payment is required at the time of scheduling unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once payment is received, your time slot and resources are reserved exclusively for your job. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a service by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road restrictions, or equipment maintenance.

4. No Refund Policy

All confirmed bookings are final. No refunds will be issued once a delivery or relocation has been scheduled. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Client Responsibilities

Ensure proper site access and clearance for delivery.
Obtain any required permits or permissions for container placement.
Be present or have an authorized representative available at delivery time.
Verify that the site is stable, level, and safe for container placement.

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by inaccessible or unsafe delivery conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trained To Go Transport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the delivery, placement, or relocation of containers.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Equipment & Property

All transport vehicles and related equipment remain the property of Trained To Go Transport. Unauthorized use, interference, or damage to our equipment may result in legal and financial liability.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during scheduling or communication is used solely to complete services and will not be sold or shared. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
